Most agents skip straight to listings. We don't. Before we ever talk square footage, we talk lifestyle, because finding the right community matters as much as the right home. This short video walks you through exactly what our strategy session looks like and what you'll walk away with. 

Here's how it works.

Step 1 - Book a time

Fill out the short form, then pick a time on the calendar that works for your schedule. The call is on Zoom and lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Come with questions. Come with concerns. The more you bring, the more useful the call will be. 

Step 2 - We do the real work

We start with lifestyle, not listings. Five counties. Forty-plus cities. Completely different answers to "what does a good life look like here?" We'll figure out where your people are before we ever pull up a property search. 

Then we talk housing - what the market actually looks like, what your budget buys right now, and which communities match your ideal lifestyle. 

And then we tackle the stuff you've already Googled -hurricanes, flood zones, insurance, property taxes. 

Step 3 - You leave with clarity
By the end of the call, you'll know your communities, your realistic price point, and your next steps, whether you're ready to move in 3 weeks or in 3 to 13 months. Not a pitch. A picture.
