My husband and I found @trulivingtampa on youtube and virtually met then worked with Stacee Ehman as our realtor. Stacee has a positive and friendly personality and was a pleasure to go on community/home tours with. As first time home buyers we were fish out of water during parts of the process, but Stacee calmed our nerves, explained (and sometimes re-explained) things we didn't understand, and patiently answered our millions of questions. We opted for a new build and once the home was in the building phase, Stacee came through tremendously on several occasions, I want to highlight a few: (1) we were feeling a bit frustrated with the value a few months into the build, partly due to seeing that market interest rates were not very reasonable and many builders were offering great rates and deals for new contracts (which had not been available when we contracted). Stacee heard our concerns, validated them, and negotiated an additional incentive after the contract signing; (2) she negotiated a further house price reduction due to an appraisal discrepancy; and (3) at the blue tape inspection, she identified some key areas that needed to be addressed. Buying/building a new home is not something I want to do for a long time again (if ever), but without a doubt we are so pleased we found Stacee, she was able to alleviate some of the stress surrounding this process and she was a great and insightful guide through the overall process.
